London, January 27, 2023-The Canada-United Kingdom Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce that Sharon Kim and Lisa Quest have joined the Chamber's Board in the UK. Sharon Kim is charged with setting the strategic direction for both the UK and the European continent, as Region Head of Europe for TD Securities. She is responsible for oversight of all regional operations and risk management, fostering effective relationships with regulators. Sharon also serves as Co-Chair on TD's ESG Solutions team. Having joined TD Securities in 2006, she has held increasingly senior roles and has served as Co-Head of Global Foreign Exchange and is well accustomed to managing teams of specialists spanning TD Securities' global footprint. Since 2010, Sharon has been a committee member of the TD Securities Underwriting Hope Campaign & Auction, previously serving as Co-Chair, and chaired the United Way High Value Giving Campaign for TD Securities. She has been intimately involved in TD Securities' diversity and inclusion recruitment efforts and has hired from Women in Capital Markets' Return to Bay Street program. In 2019, Sharon was awarded the WXN Canada's 100 Most Powerful Women distinction in the Trailblazers & Trendsetters category. Lisa Quest is Head of UK with responsibility for Ireland at global management consultancy Oliver Wyman, a business of Marsh McLennan. Lisa leads the firm's UK and Ireland businesses while continuing to co-head the Public Sector practice across Europe. As a Senior Partner and a member of the European Leadership team, Lisa specialises in advising senior civil servants and policymakers on data-driven transformational change. Her experience spans numerous industries, particularly in capital markets, private equity and the public sector, including financial and digital economy regulation. Lisa is also committed to using her platform to drive diversity and inclusion through core commercial operations. She is the recipient of numerous diversity awards including the 2019 and 2022 Heroes Executive Role Model award, and is in the 2021 and 2022 Management Today Mentor of the Year Shortlist.
