Janine Bailey

Janine Bailey is Vice President of Marketing Communications for CGI’s UK and Australia Strategic Business Unit (UKA SBU) and a member of the UKA Executive Team. She leads the region’s marketing and communications strategy, driving brand positioning, client engagement, and business growth. Since joining CGI in 2012 as Communications Director for Europe and Australia, she has played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s reputation, being promoted to Vice President in 2015. Prior to CGI, she held senior marketing and communications roles across the technology and professional services sectors.

Alongside her leadership role, Janine is the Executive Sponsor for CGI’s UKA Disability Network, advocating for a more inclusive and accessible workplace. Passionate about impactful storytelling and data-driven marketing, she champions initiatives that strengthen CGI’s client relationships, employer brand, and market differentiation.
