Ms. Pullinger is Principal and CEO of Pullinger Management, LLC, a global advisory business focused on connecting the finance industry to global female investment talent; providing practical advice to executive leaders in the finance industry and institutional allocators on workable DEI solutions, and providing 30+ years of diverse industry experience in serving on Corporate, Private and Advisory Boards. Ms. Pullinger is the Former CEO/Current Senior Advisor of 100 Women in Finance (100WF). She led a staff team and provided direction to over 600 volunteer practitioners globally. Under her leadership, as CEO for 10 years and Executive Director for 7 years, the organization grew from one hundred women in hedge funds in New York City, to a globally respected professional association with 30,000 registered members in 32 locations across 5 continents. She was the key fundraiser for the organization, raising over $65 million for 100WF and other charities through annual Gala events around the world. She also successfully steered the organization through both the global financial crisis and the global pandemic, using her inspirational style to create greater connectivity and growth of the community – both individual and corporate. Prior to 100 Women in Finance, Ms. Pullinger was a Principal of Aquamarine Capital Management, where she was responsible for managing marketing, investor relations and back office administration for two private investment funds from 2000-7. Her earlier career included roles across diverse industries in the UK and US, from environmental services to market research at an ad agency, to heavy construction equipment marketing to technology services (traditional hardware and a dotcom.) Ms. Pullinger is a Non Executive Director of FP Airports Ltd.
She serves as Audit Committee Chair on the Board of the HALO Trust (USA) and as Treasurer and Past President on the Brasenose Alumni Society Board. Previously, she served as Chairman of the Board of The HALO Trust (www.halotrust.org), as Director on the Oxford University Alumni Board and on the Board of Langone NYU Cancer Institute. She was also on the founding Board of 100 Women in Finance, serving as its Founding Chair for 3 years. She holds several Advisory roles including the Advisory Board of the Chartered Management Institute’s CMI Women and the Harambe Entrepreneur Alliance (Harambeans). She is an Ambassador for the Diversity Project UK.
Ms. Pullinger graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University in 1987 with an Honours Degree in Modern History. She earned an MBA from La Salle University, Philadelphia, in 1998, and received the Academic Award for MBA student of the year as well as the Beta Gamma Sigma designation.
She is a member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
