Greg Neville works for Eagle’s Flight as VP of Culture & Global Performance and brings over two decades of experience developing leaders and organisations around the world.
Greg’s passion for DEI was influenced by his own story of personal loss and trauma growing up during the conflict in Northern Ireland and subsequent years of experience in community development to challenge sectarian attitudes and establish vibrant inclusive post-conflict communities.
These experiences are fused with his thirst for developing leadership and culture in business, alongside his skills as an accredited and qualified executive coach, to advise large corporates in their DEI strategies and also assist with their implementation as an experienced global DEI facilitator for Eagle’s Flight.
