Sandro Garofalo

Sandro Garofalo is Director, Employee and Labor Relations Counsel for Target Corporation. Sandro’s current responsibilities at Target include managing a team of legal professionals and handling a range of litigation and strategic enterprise matters for the company. Prior to joining Target, Sandro was a shareholder at Littler Mendelson’s San Francisco and Minneapolis offices, where he concentrated his practice on traditional labor law matters, as well as defending clients on a wide array of employment law claims before state and federal courts. Mr. Garofalo has published numerous articles and served as a speaker at dozens of CLE presentations focusing on domestic and global labor and employment law developments.
