Claire joined Woodfines’ Corporate and Commercial team in February 2020 and spends time in Bedford, Cambridge and Milton Keynes. Claire brings experience ranging from City private practice to in-house legal within industry, and is skilled in mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate finance, corporate governance and compliance.
