Leading an Empowered Workforce Virtual Workshop

The Canada-UK Chamber of Commerce presents the virtual workshop Leading an Empowered Workforce, providing leaders with the tools and practices to transform these numbers, creating a truly empowered workforce!

In this workshop, you will:

• Recognize the role and responsibility of leaders in gathering stakeholder input, making informed decisions, and holding others accountable for achieving desired outcomes.

• Learn to make decisions based on alignment, contribution, and shared commitment from the team.

• Maintain a clear vision of performance expectations and expected results, ensuring engagement and autonomy according to professional competencies.

• Gain tools and practices for creating and developing employee responsibilities, boundaries, and authority.
